Sign-up opens at 8:00 and closes at 6:00 p.m. Eastern, 2 business days before the hearing. Oral testimony is limited to 2 minutes.

• Favorable with Amendment witnesses must also submit written testimony describing the amendment.
• For bills with many witnesses the chair may limit to two proponents and two opponents.
• Sign-up and written testimony (PDF only) go through MyMGA on the MGA website.
• No switching between in-person and virtual once the window closes.
• Late sign-up is not accepted. Some committees accept late written testimony by email until the hearing starts.
