Sign-up opens at 16:00 and closes at 10:00 Eastern, 2 to 1 business days before the hearing. Oral testimony is limited to 2 minutes.

• Window opens at 4:00 p.m. two business days before and closes at 10:00 a.m. the business day before.
• Sign-up and written testimony (PDF only) go through MyMGA on the MGA website.
• No switching between in-person and virtual once the window closes.
• Late sign-up is not accepted. Some committees accept late written testimony by email until the hearing starts.
